If you spend any time on United Airline's Facebook page then you will quickly learn that a negative post or comment, ANY criticism of United or even a valid complaint will get you besieged by the "fans" a.k.a. Brown-Nosers/Fanatics/Trolls (B-N/F/T) and you will be insulted, harassed, berated, ridiculed, vilified and despised. It's uncalled for, unwarranted and unnecessary but they do it anyway, they do it because they can and they seem to do it for fun. United's Social Media Team actually allows this behavior to go on DAILY, sorta using these "fans" as "enforcers" to help keep their Facebook page clean of negative information or complaints (OR... United's Social Media Team just censors the negative information, complaints or criticism by deleting it).
These B-N/F/T fly a lot and believe they know everything about the world of aviation and LOVE United Airlines and they are on this facebook page 24/7/365 and will pounce on and attack ANYONE who has anything negative to say about United or whose subject matter is something these B-N/F/T deem is not worthy of a discussion. And when I say they attack ANYONE I'm talking about; women, children, the sick, the elderly, the disabled, disabled U.S. Veterans, U.S. Veterans/military members and/or their families... ANYONE!
So, what I thought I'd do is feature some of the condescending, demeaning, belittling, insulting,
mocking, taunting, disparaging (well, you get the point) comments from some of the B-N/F/T that think they run the page.
NOTE: Remarks in green are questions and/or comments I would have loved to have asked the trolls and/or added to the post by way of comments but couldn’t because United has banned me from their Facebook page. Believe it or not I was actually banned from United's Facebook page for providing passengers helpful information and for picking on their "fans" (who knew you could be banned from a Facebook page for helping passengers and asking the participants to show some respect for others...).
